Exchanges and returns

We accept exchanges and returns within 14 calendar days of receiving your order. Garments must be in perfect condition, unworn, and returned in their original packaging to ensure they are properly protected during transport.

Send us an email at ventas-sumai@hotmail.com and we will tell you how to make your exchange or return.

Once the product is received in our warehouses and its condition has been verified, the refund will be processed using the payment method used for the purchase, within a maximum of 14 days after the cancellation notification.

Please note:

• Shipping costs for exchanges and returns are borne by the buyer.
• The €5 surcharge for cash-on-delivery payment is not refundable. It is a separate charge for the cash-on-delivery service, which has already been provided, so it will not be refunded even if the order is canceled or returned.
